Welcome to GoYoga ("the App"), a mobile application designed to help users learn and practice yoga with the support of a virtual coach. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and related services provided by LSTGmove ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2 — Health Disclaimer

The App provides yoga guidance for educational and fitness purposes only.

The App is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

By using the App, you confirm that you are physically fit to perform yoga exercises.

3 — License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify, distribute, or copy the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code.

4 — User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

5 — Subscriptions and Payments

• The App may offer subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual).
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Auto-renewal applies unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, with notice to subscribers.

6 — Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App (including design, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by LSTG Move Ltee.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7 — Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

9 — Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mauritius.

11 — Changes of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
